quadrants comprises 6 core competencies and collectively these 24 competen-
cies form the
foundation for success as a leader.
Optimal Coaching uses the leadership competency framework as a tool for all leadership
coaching
and focuses on coaching individuals and / or teams to reach their full potential
in all 24 of these
competencies. To assist in this process we have developed a unique assessment tool that measures both the
effectiveness of the individual in each activity as well as the importance of the function to their
success. This assessment forms part of each coaching package and can also be administered
as a 360 degree assessment. Personality profiling and assessments are also available as part
of an individual’s coaching program.
