Focused coaching on a specific leadership competency identified as an area of development:
-              Four 1½ hour personal coaching sessions (either weekly or bi-monthly depending
               on the need of the client)
-              Designed for professionals that have occupied a leadership role for some time
               but have identified a specific area of focus (e.g. time-management, building a
               team etc.) in which they want to achieve goals in a short time frame

Focused coaching on 3-6 leadership competencies identified for development:
-            Six to twelve 1½ hour personal coaching sessions (either weekly or bi-monthly
              depending on the need of the client)
-            Designed for leaders that have had some exposure to a leadership role and
              therefore need to develop some competencies to be more effective
-            Goals will be developed for identified competencies

Coaching conversations for leaders:
-             Ad-hoc personal coaching sessions focusing on solving a specific challenge
              that a leader is facing (the length of the session will be determined based on
              the need)
              Designed for the leader that does not want a coaching program but would like
              to have someone to help facilitate their thought process through a specific
              challenge

Extensive coaching program focusing on all 24 leadership competencies:
-           Ten to twelve month program of bi-monthly 2 hour personal coaching sessions
-            Free 30 minute telephone coaching session between each bi-monthly session
-            Designed for the professional in a new leadership position or one who has been
             identified as a future leader and would benefit from gaining exposure to coaching
             on all 24 competencies
-           Coaching will comprise of goals based on each leadership competency as well as
             initial coaching sessions focussing on self-discovery and knowing personal
             leadership styles and strengths.
-            Each 2 week session will include:
-             *        Assessment of previous sessions goal
              *       Discussion around the new leadership competency area for that session
              *       Development of goal/s to ensure maximum learning around leadership
                      competency
              *       Coaching to facilitate achievement of goal during 2 weeks through follow
                      up phone call
-            Five meetings with the sponsor of the coaching process to ensure alignment to              business goals (optional)
-           A leadership assessment will help identify the order of focus areas. Even though
            all areas are covered during the program, the order is customized to suit the individual
